Joseph Uberuaga II
Joe is currently of counsel and has been with Eberle Berlin for more than forty years. Joe’s practice focuses on physician and health law, estate planning, business counseling and transactions, and taxation. Joe has been selected as a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, has an “AV” rating with Martindale-Hubbell (the highest rating available for a lawyer’s legal ability and professional ethics), and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America by U.S. News & World Report. Recently, Joe was listed as a living legend in law in the 2025 Idaho 500 listing in the Idaho Business Review.
