Jenny Smith

Before joining Eberle Berlin, Jenny’s practice was primarily focused on high-conflict family law, custody mediation, and estate planning. 

Jenny’s background includes owning and operating numerous small businesses including a wheat farm and general construction company.  After moving to Boise, Jenny worked in the Idaho Senate for several legislative sessions with members of the Majority and Minority leadership teams.  Also, Jenny spent several years working at Northwestern Mutual where she obtained both a FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 license, which was the catalyst for Jenny’s pursuit of a law degree and a masters of tax law.
