Jenny Smith

Jenny started her legal career after having owned and operated several small businesses including a wheat farm and a construction company in Northeastern Montana. After moving to Boise, Jenny’s worked and interned with the Idaho Senate for several sessions and was provided with the unique privilege of being able to work for both Senate Majority and Senate Minority leadership. Additionally, Jenny worked at Northwestern Mutual. There, she obtained a FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 license, which granted her the ability to provide comprehensive investment advice for financial planning clients. The experiences in the Idaho Senate and at Northwestern Mutual were the catalysts for Jenny’s pursuit of not only a law degree, but to obtain a master of laws in taxation.

After law school and prior to joining Eberle Berlin, Jenny’s practice included high-conflict family law matters, custody mediation, and estate planning. Jenny’s current practice is focused on business consulting and planning and estate planning.
